The Action Log is an overview of all major events/actions/changes made to bookings and profiles in the system.


1. Employee: If you are investigating a specific person and his actions in the system, you can select the user in the selection field, and it will identify all system-events in the requested time period.


2. Action Type: In the Action Type you can narrow down the search through:

  • Price Adjustments
  • Reservation Changes
  • Room Categories: changes in availability settings
  • Service Orders


3. Reservation Change Type: If you selected "Reservation Changes" in the previous field, you can narrow down here the specific reservation changes you would like to review in more detail.
