As Mews system does not have a night audit (during which other systems usually post accommodation charges), all the accommodation charges are already posted on the bill of the guest. Simply find the guest profile and click on “Billing”, there you will find the items. If the guest would like to pay and settle the bill early, this is possible, you can even close his bill at any time before departure. However note, once the bill is closed, you cannot make any more changes to the booking (such as making extensions or cancellation).
