Online Travel Agents
Most of our properties have a Channel Manager integrated directly via Mews. Because of this connection, in the master database of Mews, we have already hundreds of travel agent profiles.
When you have a new OTA that is connected to your Channel Manager, it is important that you select one of the existing Travel Agents in the list, rather than creating a new agent. Why? Because the existing profiles are already mapped against your Channel Manager and new bookings that are sent to Mews will automatically pick up the correct Travel Agent profile.
