The Excel Report serves as source of "raw" data that gives you great flexibility on getting relevant information for your property. And that is why we do not have the same totals/subtotals in Excel version as it would give you an extra work due to removing irrelevant filters, rows, etc.
If we were to add Total Columns, this would remove some of the flexibility in working with the data.
