We feel very strongly about color usage throughout Mews. Colors are there to denote that action is (or is not) required.

Red: Urgent Action, such as no-shows, over-bookings, missed departures, these all require immediate action from the employee, as its impacting operations.
Blue: Action, but non-urgent. This includes arrivals and departures for today, open bills, etc.
Black: No Action Required, this could be things such as guests in house

If we introduce more colors, the system will become a circus of color, and you lose the value. This is the reason why we will not be introducing new colors on the timeline, as there is already so much data to display, that we do not want to distract you further.
