The Mews Commander updates rates and availability to the Channel Manager, not the other way around.



So if you change rates/availability directly in the Channel Manager, the PMS will not know about this, and try to override those rates automatically every so many minutes, when we send an update. If you would not like the Commander to update rates/availability at all, it can be switched off, and only allow for reservations delivery, if you choose this option, you will have to manually manage the rates/avail in the Channel Manager, and changes in the PMS will be disregarded by the CM.



Note that if you have the Mews Distributor, this booking engine will still take the rates and availability directly from the Mews Commander, and not from the Channel Manager.
