You may easily find no-show for the selected period by following these steps:

  • Run the Reservations Report 
  • Select Filter “Cancelled” and choose the dates
  • Select "Group By" and choose "Cancellation Reason", one of the reasons when cancelling a booking is "No-Show" so this way you can filter these bookings out quickly and easily.
  • You can also export it to the Excel where you will be able to filter all reservations by Cancellation Reason – No-Show
